I collect what is necessary for the specific product or service: name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by my third-party provider — I do not store card data). Certain services may require more information collection to ensure services are a good fit and I am able to perform the work required for said service. I take privacy seriously having worked for years in privacy sensitive fields as a case manager, caregiver, provider agency owner.
Data is used solely to fulfill orders, communicate with you, and improve my services. I never sell your information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. It is intended for all products to be purchased by adults even if utilized by people underage. Most content is family friendly on this site . Though I cannot be responsible for the content discussed in private spaces with free adults participating.

Content is for personal or specific business use only — please don’t copy my designs or artwork and/or resell unless specifically permitted as part of the description. Typically this applies only to digital artwork of an ai origin.
I may cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances or supply issues (full refund issued promptly in those cases).
Items which are handmade or grown may have slight natural variations. I’m not liable for misuse, allergies, or indirect damages — liability limited to purchase price.

Product Categories & Specific Policies
1. Live Plants & In-Person Crafts/Artwork (Local Oregon Sales Only)
Available via coordinated pickup or occasional local delivery options.
Crafts, artwork, homemade product, home grown products can also be purchased for in-person pickup/delivery alongside plants.
You will receive and inspect the item(s) in person at the time of pickup or delivery, confirming condition before completion of sale. For bulk purchases photos will be provided before driving to the location for the sale. The full total is expected at drop off. Though if there are actual issues that were not found during my inspection and photo review. I am happy to negotiate for possible additional plants or minor adjustment to purchase price for those issues.
- **Returns/Refunds**:
All in-person sales (plants and crafts/artwork) are final and non-returnable/non-refundable once received in good condition, due to the opportunity to inspect at handover. No refunds will be issued. I still am open even with this policy should you be unsatisfied I want to hear the issue and on a case by case basis fairly consider alternative ways to have good faith restored at my discretion
- **Post-Purchase Support**:
- For plants:
If a plant dies within 1 week (with photo proof), I’ll offer a similar plant at a reduced rate or store credit depending on the difficulty in getting another plant to you if doing so doesn’t cause me undue hardship.
- For in-person crafts/artwork:
If hardware (e.g., hanging wire, hooks, frames) fails or comes loose after purchase, contact me with a photo. I’m happy to schedule an in-person meeting (bundled with my scheduled trips when possible) to reattach or repair the hardware at no extra charge for labor.
- Replacement/Repair:
Replacement/repair meetings farther than ~15 miles from Yoncalla may include a mileage fee in some cases. If the distance is too great or will cause undue hardship to complete it will be handled on a case by case basis to find reasonable solutions.
- General Goodwill:
Depending on the issue, please reach out if there’s a reasonable way we can both leave feeling satisfied. I’m open to minor tweaks or fixes with limited time commitment on a case-by-case basis to improve your satisfaction — though this is not guaranteed (especially if the contact is primarily venting or anger driven rather than solution-focused).
2. Physical Crafts & Artwork (Shipped USA Only)
Prices include shipping, handling, and packaging. No international shipping.
Items ship weekly (usually USPS). Custom orders: 3–4 weeks typical (or longer).
- **Damage in Transit**:
- Over $20 (insured):
Send photos — I’ll provide all details for you to file a claim directly with the carrier for full reimbursement. I’ll guide you.
- Under $20 (no insurance):
Partial refund or store credit at my discretion.
- **Non-Damage Returns/Refunds**:
75% refund possible within 2 weeks if returned unused/in original condition (buyer pays return shipping; insurance recommended).
- Custom physical items: Non-returnable unless defective.
3. Digital Products (e.g., Printable Art, Tutorials, Patterns, AI-Generated Downloads, Bingo Cards, Activity Sheets, Business Starter Packs)
Instant download upon purchase completion — no shipping required.
Files delivered via email link or direct download (check spam if not received).
- **License**:
All digital products are licensed for **personal, family, community, and educational non-commercial use**. This includes printing and using them at home, with family, in small community groups (e.g., church activities, senior centers, book clubs), or in a classroom/teacher setting (e.g., handouts, activities, displays for your students). You may print multiple copies as reasonably needed for these uses.
Some items are labeled as one person one business license. In those cases it must not be reproduced for an outside entity or person. Talk with me about getting a discount or small cash distribution for referrals leading to sale is much preferred.
- **Prohibited**:
No resale of the files or printed items, no mass distribution, no uploading to public sites, no sharing original file and no use in commercial products or large-scale paid events (except as noted below).
- **Business/Agency Starter Packs** (or any digital product intended to help build a business or agency):
One license grants use for **building and operating a single provider agency/business only**.
You may use the materials to create and run your own agency.
You **may not** resell, share, give away, or transfer the pack/files to others wanting to start the same or similar business/agency. Please refer to my services and I can craft something specific to the kinds of services they do. The pricing includes some minor adjustments specific to the agency or business in pricing.
Each separate agency or business entity must purchase its own copy (updated versions encouraged for the latest content).
- **Exception**:
AI-generated images explicitly marked as such in the listing are granted **full commercial use rights** (you may use them in your own commercial projects, products, or resale). Attribution not required.
- **Refunds**:
Digital products are generally non-refundable due to their instant-access nature and inability to "return" the file.
In rare cases (e.g., file is corrupted, wrong file sent, or major discrepancy from description), I may offer a **partial refund (up to 50%)** or store credit at my discretion after reviewing your explanation and proof of issue. Full refunds are not available for change-of-mind, buyer error (e.g., wrong format purchased), or after download has occurred.
Technical issues: If you cannot access or open the file, contact me immediately with proof of purchase — I’ll resend or fix promptly (this qualifies for resolution, not necessarily a refund). (www.alandrascreations.com)
4. Services (e.g., Bookkeeping, Article/Blog Writing, Consulting, Business/Provider Agency Materials, Custom Research, or Other Online Work)
Services are provided on a limited, case-by-case basis as my schedule allows.
All services require an initial consultation (free or low-cost) to discuss scope, timeline, and pricing.
- **Payment**:
50% non-refundable deposit upfront to reserve time, balance due upon delivery of final work or agreed milestone.
- **Revisions**:
Up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions included. Additional revisions billed at my hourly rate.
- **Timeline**:
Estimated completion discussed and agreed in writing before deposit. Delays due to client feedback or life circumstances will be communicated promptly.
- **Refunds/Cancellations**:
If I cannot complete the work, full refund of any paid amount.
Client cancellation after work has begun: Refund of balance minus time already invested (billed at hourly rate).
No refund for completed and delivered work.
- **Ownership**:
Work is custom-created for you. You receive full rights to use the final deliverables (e.g., articles, spreadsheets) for your intended purpose. I retain the right to showcase non-confidential portions in my portfolio (with your permission).
Confidential client information is never shared.
### Customizations
Available for physical, digital, or service items (paintings, jewelry, AI prints, patterns, bookkeeping setups, written content, etc.).
50% non-refundable deposit upfront, 50% on approval of final photos/proofs/deliverables.
Timeline agreed upfront (1 week–2 months). Plan ahead!
### Tutorials & Blog
Ask about tutorials — I may create free or low-cost ones (physical or digital).
Blog covers natural remedies, arts/crafts, homesteading, plants, psychology, mental wellness, **financial knowledge, recipes, book reviews**, and other topics as inspiration strikes. All blogs are for recreational purposes and any information in those blogs especially noting health or healing topics should be practiced or utilized with consult from a physcian or other similar service provider. This information doesn’t eliminate the need for professional advice from professionals in fields such as tax advising, certified public accountant, doctor, lawyer, therapist, psychiatrist, etc..
