USA shipping is also available and shipments are mailed out within 3 business days.
Replacement:
You may request a replacement if you provide proof of damage from delivery within 3 days of delivery to owner@alandrascreations.com with pictures of the issue. Please note that each item is custom made and replacements will take at least 1 week to complete and ship and may have some differences between the original item.
Returns:
You may request a return for an item if you mail in the original item within 2 weeks for 75% of the purchase price (not including shipping). Should there be irreparable damage to the item in questions (not due to shipping damage discussed in the replacement policy) then 0% of the purchase price will be returned to you as I won't be able to resell the item. Should this be a concern to you please ensure you get insurance on the return package and I will gladly send you proof of any damage incurred during shipment so you can file a claim with the postal service for the value of the item.
