Hey everyone! Just passed my 2025 QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor exam and I’m taking on new freelancer/gig clients who want clean books and zero tax-season panic.
Monthly package – $299 intro rate (normally $399–$499) What’s included every month:
Ongoing bookkeeping & reconciliations
Tax-ready reports (P&L, expense categories, mileage summary)
Quarterly estimated tax reminders
Unlimited email + one 30-min call/month
Year-end tax packet for your CPA
One-time cleanup / catch-up work is separate (most people need this):
2025-only catch-up: included in first month
2024 + 2025 catch-up: +$750 flat
2022–2025 or very messy (multiple platforms, shoebox receipts, etc.): +$1,200–$1,800 flat (quoted after I see the mess)
I’m only taking 8 more clients at the $299 monthly rate before I go up in January. If your books are mostly current → you pay just $299/mo. If they’re a disaster → you still get the $299 monthly rate, but we add a fair one-time cleanup fee so I’m not working 40 hours for $299.
